You might not agree with me but I believe that it is very important to take into consideration the opinion of your workers. You might learn a lot from them and this is a fact. It is a good idea to listen to them and to learn from their perspective, trust me. I know what I am talking about as I am the CEO of a company on my own and I know about this. It has always been important for me to treat my workers with respect and this is a rule that you should all follow. Let me give you an example thanks to which you will understand how to deal with it. Recently we have decided that we need to buy new Office chairs for our offices. It was absolutely crucial as our workers couldn^t use the old ones as they have considered them as old and inconvenient. I have decided to give them the possibility to decide on your own, which Office chairs they want for their offices. That is why we have created a special poll thanks to which our workers were able to decide what kind of chairs they want. I think that it was a great idea thanks to which we had a chance to learn more about their needs. Eventually we have decided to buy those Office chairs that has gathered the biggest number of votes.
