theory test limited

I would like to present you an idea that was in my head for long time now and I would like to hear your opinion as well as it might help me establish whether I am right or wrong. Don´t you think that the fact that we have more than one chance to do something in our life makes us not focus on it enough. I mean when you remember in your mind that if something goes wrong you can do it once again you don´t do it with all the attention it deserves. Funny thing is that we have only one life and sometimes we don´t realize that and might be that is why we waste so much time and don´t follow our dreams. For some companies it is an important information, when they can make their customers use their service more that one time it means more money for them. Lets look at driving schools, if they had made the theory test possible to take only up to five times for example, I think that most of the people would pass it in the first take. They wouldn´t be afraid that they wouldn´t be able to pass it within 5 times. Of course this will never be introduced as know those schools are happy that some people take the theory test many times. Quite simple isn´t it? If we take into consideration that sometimes people need to take it up to 15 times, you can count how much money it means for the school.
